Responsibilities

• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers to educate them on products, build rapport, and foster lasting relationships.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
• Manage cash handling and adhere to policies for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and obtaining customer data.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Salary range: $14.40 – $18.90 per hour.
