Retail Store Associate - Merrell

Responsibilities

• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain store standards (front and back), including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
• Handle cash management and adhere to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies and procedures.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (US Candidates Only).
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Work in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$13.60 – $17.85 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
