Retail Store Associate - Merrell

About the role
Our team members are the heart of our stores worldwide, bringing passion to work every day to create exceptional customer experiences. From the moment customers enter the store to when they leave, you’ll ensure they have an amazing experience—whether helping them pick shoes or style an outfit.
Responsibilities
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Manage cash handling and adhere to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay
$16.00 – $21.00 per hour.
