Retail Store Associate - Fabletics (Opry Mills - Nashville, TN)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, TN and is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll connect customers’ online and in-store journeys using innovative technology alongside an energetic team.

About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll report to the Store Manager and collaborate with a close-knit crew to hit ambitious goals while empowering customers to live their passion.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing customers with insights on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store interactions, events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to purchases.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations and performance.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Unpack and handle inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Ability to engage socially with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Experience working with large teams and strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
