Retail Store Associate - Fabletics (Dolphin Mall - Miami, FL)

About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic Store Manager and dynamic team to help customers live their passion. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while guiding customers on product fit, features, and function.
• Engage customers in-store and through community events, promotions, and outreach.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising standards to create an easy-to-shop environment.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Uphold safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
