Retail Store Associate - Fabletics (Dolphin Mall - Miami, FL)

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our location at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL. Join our team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, connecting customers’ online and in-store journeys with innovative technology alongside an energetic and supportive crew.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while guiding customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and interact with customers and business partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
