The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial part in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items they like and help them with their purchases.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to store policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.40 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
