Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper handling of merchandise.
• Handle donations from the community, sorting and accepting gently-used items.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs offered by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
