Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking items in the store.
• Handle donations from customers and process them through the store.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in the store.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duties and position.
