About the role

The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial part in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. You'll be responsible for managing the retail operations within our stores, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items they need and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage the community.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to store policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay
