The Retail Store Associate at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position offers comprehensive onboarding and training, including in-house expertise and partnerships with renowned providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawer
• Communicate effectively with donors and other team members
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay
