Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with other team members to organize events and promotions, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Support the donation process by accepting donations from customers and ensuring they are processed efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Pay

The starting pay ranges from $17.15 to $22.60 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
