Retail Stock Lead (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Stock Lead to coach and guide a passionate, skilled and innovative team that is obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve their goals.
• Ensure strong organizational and operational standards in stock management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$19–$22 per hour.
