Retail Stock Lead (Part Time)

As a Retail Stock Lead, you will coach and guide a passionate, skilled, and innovative team to create world-class in-store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding in-store experiences for every customer.
• Manage stock operations, including lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Drive sales and brand loyalty through client relationships and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire associates to achieve their goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$17–$21 per hour.
