About the role

A day in the life of a Logistics Processor involves handling merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting store operations with efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders adhering to packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Requirements

• A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using a variety of technology and new computer applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $16.85 - $17.55, dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Commission for selling employees varies by merchandise: 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories; 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
