About the role

The Retail Sr. Store Associate-Part Time plays a crucial role in creating a vibrant sales culture, enhancing store visual and merchandising standards, and supporting the local community. They are responsible for understanding and completing advanced training in print and technology products/services, ensuring they can provide effective assistance to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively engaging every customer.
  • Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services.
  • Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
  • Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines.
  • Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
  • Fulfills freight processes and ensures the freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines.
  • Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily.
  • Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided, including advanced Print and Technology training.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; supports the company’s loss prevention efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required, but Retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
  • Ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
  • Enjoys interacting with people.

  • Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
