Retail Sr. Store Associate (Offshore)
About the role
The Retail Sr. Store Associate-Part Time plays a crucial role in creating a vibrant sales culture, enhancing store visual and merchandising standards, and supporting the local community. They are responsible for understanding and completing advanced training in print and technology products/services, ensuring they can provide effective assistance to customers.
Responsibilities
- Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively engaging every customer.
- Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services.
- Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
- Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines.
- Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
- Fulfills freight processes and ensures the freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines.
- Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily.
- Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided, including advanced Print and Technology training.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; supports the company’s loss prevention efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- No previous experience required, but Retail sales experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
- Ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.
- Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
- Enjoys interacting with people.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
