Retail Specialist - Seasonal
About the role

As part of a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries, you’ll ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs and becoming an ambassador for world-famous brands. You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps.
This is a seasonal, part-time position running from September 7 through October 31. Team members may be scheduled for up to 24 hours per week, consisting of three 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in your assigned territory to support merchandising needs.
- Build in-store displays and end caps for retail locations.
- Work alongside a team member to ensure products are available for consumers.
- Demonstrate a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong bias for action and results.
