Retail Specialist - Seasonal

You’ll ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers and becoming an ambassador for world-famous brands. This role involves providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps.

This is a seasonal, part-time position running from September 7 through October 31. Associates may be scheduled for up to 24 hours per week, consisting of three 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory and work alongside a team member.
• Build in-store displays and end caps to support retail merchandising needs.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently while also contributing to successful team outcomes.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
