As a Retail Specialist, you will assist guests in coordinating their ideal spa experience, customizing each stay with skincare and retail recommendations. You’ll ensure that guests have a memorable experience, leaving with a stronger sense of wellness than when they arrived.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with skincare and retail recommendations to personalize their spa experience.
• Manage boutique and inventory needs to ensure products are available for guests to purchase.
• Enable guests to recreate an at-home-spa experience with the products they take home.
