Soccer Post is the country’s largest community-focused soccer specialty retailer and is expanding nationwide. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused team members who are passionate about the game and eager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post’s core values
• Greet and engage every customer who walks through our doors
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game
• Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence
• Aid with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas
• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items
• Support team inventory and other store operations
• Handle phone inquiries professionally
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required)
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs
• The willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred (a big plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
