What You'll Do
- Greet and engage every customer who walks through our doors
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game
- Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence
- Aid with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas
- Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items
- Support team inventory and other store operations
- Handle phone inquiries professionally
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!)
- Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus!)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred (optional)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
