About the role
REP Fitness is expanding its offerings into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. This role is based in Lafayette, CO at our state-of-the-art showroom overlooking the Rocky Mountains.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class service to our in-store customers.
- Aid customers in selecting gym equipment by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products.
- Assist in loading orders after being selected by stockroom staff.
- Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal shopping experience.
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone when not assisting an in-store customer.
- Record details of actions taken with customers in CRM.
- Participate in ongoing product training to remain up-to-date with REPs newest products.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent programs.
- Ability to quickly learn how to navigate and use complex warehouse management systems and customer relation management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
Compensation base range: $22.00 - $23.00 hourly with sales bonus potential
Schedule
In-person role, five days a week
