Retail Site Manager

About the role

The Retail Site Manager is the key leader of all day-to-day operations for their assigned location, overseeing retail transactions, customer relations, loading supervision, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Serve and retain customers by building relationships, educating them on products and services, and ensuring timely and professional order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Ensure all facilities, equipment, and inventory are maintained, operable, presentable, and well-stocked.
• Determine product needs based on customer feedback and coordinate replenishment in advance.
• Ensure staff training needs are met and all safety protocols are practiced regularly.
• Maintain site security during and after business hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail site management.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Team-oriented and goal-driven with effective conflict management, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
