Job Description
The Ordering Retail Service Representative (RSR) I position at Renewal by Andersen in Livonia, MI is hybrid, combining both in-office and remote work. This role focuses on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers through data entry and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO sales and service.
- Administers programs such as the customer referral program.
- Trains others in office and customer service processes.
- Creates purchase orders, processes payments, or processes receipts.
- Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
- Develops and establishes good interpersonal relationships.
- Works in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility and a positive outlook.
- Learns and applies listening skills, strong phone etiquette, and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
- Displays intermediate writing skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Assists in determining customer needs and improving overall service levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of work experience, including order processing work.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and general computer skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills for problem resolution.
- Intermediate writing skills to assist in resolving customer issues.
- Able to identify and address customer needs.
- Knowledge of products/services and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented approach to work.
