About the role
The Retail Merchandiser plays a key role in supporting supermarket partners by ensuring well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing in-line categories, seasonal displays, and promotional sections. This position focuses on helping customers drive profitable sales while representing IDI through strong in-store relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales orders
- Stock shelves
- Maintain inventory levels
- Address basic store-level issues
- Generate weekly service reports for timely submission via tablet
- Manage back stock ensuring product is worked to shelf
- Ensure planogram compliance at shelf
- Perform other duties as assigned

Mon-Fri
Travel required: Woburn MA, Hudson MA
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising is preferred
- Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions
- Knowledge of product and/or experience with merchandising general merchandise or health and beauty care products preferred
- Ability to read and write short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
