Merchandiser - Retail Service

About the Role

The Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service executes reset and remodel projects in retail stores, including implementing plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to ensure accurate merchandising and remodeling.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, display merchandise, and manage reorders.
• Collaborate with store personnel and team members to achieve merchandising goals and maintain relationships.
• Report observations and issues to supervisors.
• Utilize web-based tools for managing schedules, documentation, tracking mileage and expenses, and completing training.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation for assigned tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations.
• Minimum 1-year experience with plan-o-grams; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology, including smartphones, handheld devices, and computers.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., operate basic hand tools, and safely climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
