About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, including customer service, inventory management, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to maintain stock availability.
- Train and supervise store associates to ensure effective customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
