Critical leadership role overseeing FedEx Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. Drive business growth, operational excellence, and Purple Promise service while leading, developing, and coaching your team to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Model FedEx Office values to customers and team members
- Build and inspire high-performing teams through selection, training, development, retention, and performance management
- Coach and equip your team with tools and information to support company goals
- Serve as a consultative partner for large accounts, complex customer needs, host properties, and commercial sales
- Ensure an exceptional in-store experience that engages customers and team members while supporting the FedEx brand
- Own all store controls, including Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, security, scheduling, and compliance with state/federal laws
- Improve operational and sales activities to exceed financial and customer experience targets
- Exercise independent judgment in daily tasks such as accounts receivable, inventory reports, sales recaps, and bank deposits
- Prioritize and manage multiple leadership tasks, delegating work and supervising team members
- Contribute ideas and use Quality Improvement tools to enhance business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of related experience (e.g., retail, service, hospitality, military), including 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Essential Functions
- Ability to stand and move about the store to manage daily operations
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Consistent ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
- Ability to travel as required for customer meetings, vendor interactions, or other business needs
- Consistent ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
- Consistent ability to read and interpret documents and instructions
- Consistent ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Consistent ability to perform cooperative and instructional work activities
- Consistent ability to function in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Consistent ability to work within the appropriate level of independence
- Regular attendance and maintenance of established business hours to support store operations

Pay
Starting salary range: $69,010 – $89,713 annually. Actual pay determined by experience, market level, and location. Eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonuses.
