Retail Security Officer

You will work a 5-in-7 shift pattern at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a security presence at client sites, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and members of the public.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain PSA standards in relation to code of conduct.
• Fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
• Ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.
• Adhere to the company’s dress code and wear the correct uniform.

Requirements

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a busy security role.
• Strong people and customer service skills.
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work with CCTV systems.
• Well presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
• Current, valid PSA Licence.
• Able to provide a clear and complete 5-year work history including references.
