Retail Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Pay

• Competitive hourly wage of $20 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

• Schedule 1: Sunday-Monday 11pm-7am & Tuesday & Thursday 3pm-11pm (32 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 2: Wednesday-Sunday 3pm-11pm (40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 3: Saturday- Wednesday 7am-3pm (40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 4: Sunday-Monday 11pm-7am (16 hours a week / part time)
