Retail Seasonal Store Associate, Fabletics (Fashion Place - Murray, UT)

About the role

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for their store at Fashion Place - Murray, UT. This position runs for 3-4 months with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative technology.
• Engage customers actively in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain personal safety and security standards, and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, able to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
