Join our team as a Seasonal Store Associate and deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll bridge online and in-store shopping with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with an energetic team, and help customers live their passion.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while guiding customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines for easy shopping and added value.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store performance.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards; report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs as required.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Flexible schedule; open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move constantly, stand for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
