Fabletics Retail is looking for a Seasonal Store Associate for the Store American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ. The position reports to the Store Manager and is expected to run for 3‑4 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, from store events & promotions to community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the purchase journey.
• Actively participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding Store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10‑30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail work experience (preferred).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated and good communicator.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally require stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

The role has a salary between $15.49 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

This position is expected to run for 3‑4 months with potential to extend. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; willingness to work onsite.
