Retail Seasonal Store Associate, Fabletics (Bellevue Square - Bellevue, WA)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking part‑time Seasonal Store Associates for the Bellevue Square location in Bellevue, WA. This seasonal position runs for 3‑4 months with the potential to extend. Associates will deliver a best‑in‑class retail experience, help customers bridge online and in‑store shopping, and work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Embody company culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to “Live their passion.”
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge of product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10‑30 lb) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated and good communicator.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, move, talk, hear, reach, and grab for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
