Retail Scan Associate (Glenolden, PA 19036)

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role, averaging 6-11 hours per week across all stores, with additional hours for special projects, particularly from January through June. As a Retail Scan Associate, you'll visit designated stores weekly to scan product barcodes, collect data, and contribute to improving sales performance for products and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned local retailers weekly (grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores) to scan product barcodes using a mobile app.
• Provide quantity information for approximately 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning for the entire store weekly, which can take several hours.
• Perform Custom Projects, adding 1-2 hours of work per store per week, as requested by clients.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain dependability and quality in data collection.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven and self-motivated.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi and tech-savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
