About the Role

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused position that provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will use an energetic demeanor to sell service visits, build strong relationships, promote products and services, and coordinate clear time commitments between technicians and customers. The role also includes precise transaction procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
• Provide energetic responsiveness to every customer, both on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers on sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

Pay

$17.60 – $26.29 per hour (meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage requirements).
