About the Role
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to our team's success. This position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use your energetic demeanor to sell automotive services, build strong customer relationships, promote products and services, and establish clear time commitments for service appointments. The role also includes conducting transaction procedures efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, both on the phone and in-store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaint resolution to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

Pay
Pay Range: $15.20 - $22.71 per hour.
