Retail Sales Worker- Denver Broncos Team Store - Empower Field at Mile High Retail Stores

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and assist fans, helping them find the perfect merchandise while creating a fun and memorable game-day shopping experience.
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy, fan-focused environment.
• Stock, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized, inviting, and game-day ready.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, protecting company assets, and assisting with inventory and other assigned duties.
• Duties may vary by location based on client and business needs.

Requirements

• Must be available to work Denver Broncos home games.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
• This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $21.25.

Schedule

• Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time, Game Day Employee.
• Scheduling managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, where shifts will be assigned.
• No minimum guaranteed hours per week; hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually.
