Responsibilities
- Engage customers with travel services and products
- Aid customers through TSA Precheck, passport photo services, and background checks
- Offer services such as those for federal or state programs, varying by store
- Assist with identity verification and document scanning
- Take customer fingerprint images and complete necessary paperwork
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of retail equipment
- Support other areas of the store during onboarding period
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
- Flexible to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to operate office equipment
- One year of customer service-related experience
- Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Good interpersonal skills to manage conflict and maintain integrity
- Physical ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
