Retail Sales Travel Specialist (Concord, CA)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with travel services and products
• Aid customers through TSA Precheck, passport photo services, and background checks
• Offer services such as those related to federal or state programs, varying by store
• Assist with identity-related products and services
• Provide comprehensive travel solutions including product sales
• Greet and provide a professional experience to all customers
• Present products and solutions that meet customer needs
• Verify customer identity, scan documents, take passport photos, and complete biometric and data capture processes
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot retail equipment
• Support other areas of the store during onboarding period
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
• Flexible to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to operate office equipment
• One year of customer service-related experience
• Capable of working in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Able to manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational, and cooperative manner
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Able to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
