Pay

Starting Pay: $17 per hour plus unlimited sales incentives. Employees earn on average $531 per month additional.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face at the uBreakiFix store, providing personalized, human‑centric customer experiences.
• Utilize communication skills and the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to enrich the customer experience and upsell Asurion’s products and services while working toward sales goals.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices, learning specifics on the job.
• Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player and adapt to business needs.
• Multitask across retail, tech, and sales responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and ability to multitask.
