Pay
- Starting pay: $17 per hour

Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face at the uBreakiFix store, providing personalized, human-centric customer experiences
- Utilize communication skills to enrich the customer experience while leveraging the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and upsell Asurion’s products & services
- Work toward achievable sales goals
- Perform tech repair tasks including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices
- Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player and support the surrounding market based on business needs
- Multitask across retail, tech, and sales functions seamlessly
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales
- Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for
- Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required)
- Flexibility to work retail store hours
- Ability to multitask easily
