Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized, human‑centric experiences.
• Use communication skills to enrich the experience while applying the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and upselling Asurion products.
• Work toward achievable sales goals.
• Perform tech repair tasks: diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of customer electronic devices.
• Support retail store operations as a team player, adapting to business needs.
• Leverage multitasking to navigate retail, tech, and sales intersections.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and strong multitasking ability.

Pay
