About the role
You will be the welcoming face at our uBreakiFix store, providing personalized, human‑centric experiences to customers. Using the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique, you will upsell Asurion’s products and services while working toward achievable sales goals. The role blends retail, technology, and sales, requiring multitasking and teamwork in a dynamic store environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers with strong communication skills to enhance their experience.
- Utilize Serve, Solve, Sell™ methodology and upsell Asurion products and services.
- Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic devices.
- Support retail store operations and adapt to business needs.
- Maintain multitasking ability across retail, tech, and sales tasks.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
- Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
- Flexibility to work retail store hours and multitask effectively.
