About the role

At Bath & Body Works, you’ll support delivering the sales plan through selling effectiveness by understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• Perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting (consistently lifting 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds).
• Climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain the store’s visual appearance.
• Adhere to all safety standards and expectations to provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
