About the role

Our Retail Sales Supervisors are a key component of Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and growth. You'll lead motivated sales teams in a low-pressure, engaging shopping environment using leading-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales teams
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
• Manage commission-based teams effectively
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Execute sales strategies and workflows
• Conduct team huddles and sales drills
• Leverage retail technology to support coaching and development

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory or sales leadership experience
• Experience managing commission-based teams
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards
• Familiarity with e-learning and team training platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed
