We're looking for a motivated leader to join our professional banking team as a Retail Sales Supervisor for our St. James and Madelia Branches. In this rewarding role, you'll lead and support our retail banking team, including Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account Specialists, and Universal Bankers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate scheduling for Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account Specialists, and Universal Bankers in St. James and Madelia.
• Oversee retail operational processes and procedures to promote consistency, accuracy, and exceptional service.
• Develop a strong understanding of retail banking programs, products, and transaction-processing procedures and provide guidance to team members.
• Work alongside retail employees to provide hands-on training, coaching, and development.
• Identify opportunities for employee growth and provide ongoing support to strengthen knowledge, confidence, and performance.
• Organize and lead coaching efforts around the retail sales and customer service process.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment focused on teamwork, professional growth, and serving our customers.

Qualifications

• Banking industry experience with a background in transactional services and/or retail sales.
• Previous people-management or supervisory experience preferred; however, we are willing to develop the right individual with strong leadership potential.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually
