Required Qualifications

• A high comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• The ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• A strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.
• One to five years of sales/customer service experience.
• One to three years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
