About the role

With hundreds of Spectrum Stores across the country, our Store Specialists help us keep millions of customers connected across our footprint.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to Spectrum products and services, account management, billing, technical support, etc.
• Educate current and prospective customers about our products and services and identify opportunities to generate new sales or upgrade their packages
• Manage operational tasks like processing payments and managing inventory
• Aid in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment and with store opening and closing activities

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions, high comfort level with personal technology, basic math skills, ability to prioritize, organize, manage tasks, communicate effectively, and solve problems
• Performance: Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment, self-motivated, competitive spirit, positive and professional demeanor, and attention to detail

Skills

• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience
• 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience

Schedule

• Full-time employees must be available to work any schedule during store operating hours
• Part-time employees are scheduled for 20-29 hours per week that will vary weekly and will include evenings, weekends and holidays
