Retail Sales Specialist - Mobile

About the role

As a Retail Sales Specialist for mobile products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. In this role, you’ll lean into your people skills and passion for technology to create unforgettable customer experiences. This is a project-based role expected to take place from July 2026 to January 2027. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals
• Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
• Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs
• Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
• Maintain specified department merchandising and organization

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Qualifications

Preferred: 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields.
